Online Waivers for Softball Leagues

Softball.love lets a league collect waivers online. Players sign from their phone, each signature is tied to the player and the exact waiver version they accepted, and the commissioner sees which players on every roster still need to sign.

How signing works#

The league publishes its waiver, and players sign it on the league site or as part of signing up for the season. A signature records the signer, the date and the exact text they agreed to. If you change the waiver, new signatures attach to the new version, and old ones still point to what was signed at the time.

Who still needs to sign#

For each team, the commissioner sees who has signed this season's waiver and who hasn't, matched to the roster. From the same screen, email the players who haven't signed a link to sign.

Per season#

Players re-sign each season as part of the season's sign-up, so this season's roster is covered by this season's waiver.

Writing your waiver#

Softball.love stores and collects your waiver; it doesn't write it for you. Many leagues start from the wording their insurer or national association provides. Have your waiver reviewed by someone who knows your state's law.
