Slowpitch Softball League & Team App

Softball.love is a free app made for slowpitch softball: rec leagues and the teams that play in them. Leagues get a website with schedule and standings fed by umpire-reported scores; teams get RSVPs and a batting order tool that handles the coed pattern and the extra fielder.

Built around how slowpitch is actually played#

Slowpitch is the softball most adults play: ten fielders, extra hitters, home run limits, coed batting rules, and leagues that play one night a week at the same park. Softball.love starts from that.

  • Lineups. Ten-player defenses with four outfielders (LF, LCF, RCF, RF) and extra hitters in the order. The batting order tool builds coed alternating orders, and you set positions inning by inning on a field diagram.
  • Rules. Publish your league's rule sheet, home run limit and mercy rule included, where every player can read it, and let them ask questions about it in plain language.
  • Standings. Pick your tiebreaker order (win percentage, head-to-head, runs allowed, run differential, runs scored) and the standings apply it as scores come in.

For the league#

Build the season's schedule in the editor or import it from a spreadsheet, publish it on your league's public site, and let umpires report finals from their phone with your league's code. Waivers, captain invites and a How to Join section round it out.

For the team#

Share one RSVP link and know whether you'll have enough players, and enough women for a coed lineup, before game day. Then build the order, set the defense, and play walk-up songs between at bats.

Common Questions

Does Softball.love support a 10th fielder?
Yes. Slowpitch defenses have ten spots with four outfielders (LF, LCF, RCF, RF), and the batting order can include extra hitters.
Can I use it for a slowpitch league that isn't coed?
Yes. Men's, women's and open slowpitch leagues use it too. Coed tools are there only if you need them.
Can I set my league's standings tiebreakers?
Yes. Commissioners choose the tiebreaker order, and standings apply it automatically.
